TESLA set the gold standard early on with respect to battery energy density.  Reclaimed modules from the Model S have understandably gained in popularity in the EV conversion community, as well as in many other applications.  However they do demand maximum care and attention to safety.

Our suite of 6061 Aluminum battery boxes features a strong but slim design considering the chronically tight tolerances we often encounter when performing an EV conversion.

By simply adding or removing side panels, this modular design approach enables an increase or decrease in size, vertically or horizontally, to accommodate endless battery configurations.

This product has been confirmed compatible with all TESLA Model S modules (4.5, 5.3 and 6.4kWh).
