Nissan LEAF to VW drive shaft adapters.
VW stub shafts for the gen2+ Nissan leaf (em57) gearbox.
Use the Nissan leaf drive unit without the need for custom drive shafts.
Will work with many different German vehicle axles such as VW beetle, VW bus, vanagon, rabbit, transporter, jetta, golf, BMW, Porsches, etc
Cold rolled out of 4130 chromoly steel, these stub shafts are about 35% strong than original OEM stubs.
The outer is a 33 VW beetle spline, which mates with the following flanges:
- beetle type 1 (90mm)
- beetle-to-bus conversion flanges – type 2/4 (100mm) empi part number “16-2299-0”
- beetle-to-930 conversion flanges- Porsche 930 (108mm) empi part number “16-2301-0”
*note 930 flanges may not physically fit on the leaf gearbox (motor side) as there may be clearance issues. Some minor shaving may be required.
