The Stealth Battery Module BMS Cell Tap Board is built to replace the OEM satellite boards found in Tesla Model S and Model X battery modules so you can use the modules with an aftermarket BMS. Fits many 60, 70, 75, 85, 90, and 100 kWh series modules.
The Stealth Battery Module BMS Cell Tap Board is built to replace the OEM satellite boards found in Tesla Model S and Model X battery modules so you can use the modules with an aftermarket BMS. Fits many 60, 70, 75, 85, 90, and 100 kWh series modules.
Designed as a cell tap which transfers connections from 6 cells and two thermistors to your BMS of choice. Tesla temperature sensors are 10k thermistors and are NOT polarity sensitive. We recommend using at least one of the two thermistors for monitoring battery temperatures, especially in performance applications. Comes with 12-pin connector and pins. Crimp pins fit 22-18 AWG cell tap wires provided with the Dilithum BMS Satellites.Â
These are direct replacements for stock Tesla BMS Board, uses existing connectors from the battery module and uses the stock plastic rivets.
No software required, this board just plugs into your module and BMS harness.
Two different versions: Fits Tesla modules with the wired single white style plug OR two ribbon band style Blue/Red plugs.
Notes:
- Modules with cell tap wires soldered to the OEM boards are not compatible. Connect directly to the BMS harness in this case.Â
- These cell tap boards are not compatible with Tesla Model 3 battery modules.
- Use Molex Mini-fit Jr. crimper part#Â 638190900H or similar.
